Recent Projects

Within the New Zealand Financial services industry developed new processes, policies and procedures required under the recent Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Act.

Within the UK Healthcare sector lead the service development workstream through the development of a full Business Case for a new Commercial Support Unit.

Within the UK Ministry of Defense completed a Health Needs Assessment to inform their future healthcare commissioning strategy.

Within the Australian Healthcare sector conducted a strategic review and realignment of the operating theatre schedule for one of Australia's oldest tertiary hospitals.

Within the Australian Healthcare sector worked with the Victorian Department of Human Services on a state-wide Patient Flow Collaborative initiative.

Recommended and gained endorsement, from the South Australian Minister of Health, to adopt a UK-based healthcare planning software tool.  This resulted in the state-wide implementation of the product and the adoption of a maximum wait time policy for elective surgery.
