Career Highlights

Successfully established a new sales and manufacturing structure in a failing Australian manufacturing company, turning a $2.7m loss into a $2.2m profit. For this organisation Martin also implemented new manufacturing and ISO 4000 standards and established three new international joint ventures.

Conducted and internal review for a major NZ Bank, creating a portfolio of work for the partners. Also managed securitisation and BS13.

For a NZ Government Department, was commissioned to come up with a strategy to stop the ballooning cost of delivering medical services for the health of older people in NZ.

Background and Experience

Prior to joining Igniter in 2011, Martin held major positions within the New Zeland Banking industry.

He has many years experience in Management Consulting, working with organisations on change management, business process re-engineering and applied technology.

Martin has also worked within the Telecommunications and Trade sectors.

Martin is passionate about his Ducati, and enjoys design and metal craft.
