Implemented a number of Customer Relationship Management Systems and Content Management Systems within both the public and private sector. 

Background and Experience

Ken is one of the founding shareholders of Igniter and his experience and skills have helped Igniter create a unique offering to clients.

Ken has extensive knowledge of the energy sector due to working within it for a significant part of his career.  His career has been marked by successful implementation of change strategies into operational areas using continuous improvement techniques.

Ken's work includes managing the development of requirements for many new or re-engineered business systems. As well as significant experience in planning projects, he has a solid record of achievement in project management and team leadership.
